INITIAL CONCERNS
A hotel establishment with 6 luxury villas tucked away in a classically Creole park in Diamant, the Hôtel-Villas Domaine de la Palmeraie had a unique offer for a niche market segment. The Hotel was looking to reorganise their pricing, increase their revenue, and better promote their villas to the local population.
OUR APPROACH
REVISING THE OFFER
We created 3 separate room types in order to make the offer more attractive and easier to understand, and we modified the pricing accordingly.
PROMOTING & MARKETING
We published the revised offer on several OTAs, modified the metadata to improve SEO, and conducted promotional campaigns with the hotel’s approval.
TRAINING THE TEAMS
We trained the teams on these new offers and on the revenue management tools.
RESULTS
Thanks to our improvements, the hotel saw a 20% increase in revenue in 2019. Even more impressive, they did not note any significant revenue loss during the COVID-19 pandemic, in spite of the -30% decrease in the tourism sector. In 2022, the hotel anticipates an overall increase of 15% in annual revenue.
